Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) – A gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to support your body’s natural lymphatic system. MLD helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, ease discomfort after surgery or injury, and promote overall detoxification and relaxation.  Other therapeutic modalities can also be added during treatment if needed to further support your treatment goals.

Scar Tissue Release – A targeted treatment that helps reduce restrictions, soften adhesions, and restore mobility after surgery, injury, or repetitive strain. This gentle but effective approach supports tissue healing, eases discomfort, and improves overall function. Other modalities can be incorporated as needed to customize your session and support your recovery goals.
